How do I get a coin slide?

The coin slide is jamming. What's wrong?
There are a number of reasons that this may be happening, including vandalism. Please call LB Manufacturing, (800) 666-8066 to inquire and arrange for repair work.
How do I change the coin slide vending price?
Refer to the Coin Laundry Products - Coin Slides section of our product catalogue for instructions on how to change vending prices for your particular model.
Is the Universal 4 slide still available?
No, however, the Universal 4 slide can be replaced by either a Vertical 5 or 8. You may have to order a new coin funnel so the quarters will drop properly.
The coin slide is not activating the timer. What is wrong?
Verify the correct slide extension is attached to the end of the slide. You may need to call a serviceperson to adjust the timer.
Where do I get my coin slide repaired?
Greenwald Industries warranties parts for defects and workmanship for six months from date of purchase. For products under warranty contact your local distributor. For out of warranty repairs contact LB Manufacturing at (800) 666-8066.
I am getting slugs in my collections. How can I stop this?

How do I change the time on the timer?
Time can be adjusted by purchasing a different cam. You can figure out the cam you need by dividing the RPM of the motor by the number of pins on the cam. You can contact one of our Full Line Stocking Distributors

The timer is running too fast/slow, timing is off. What do I do?
The motor on the mechanism may be defective. Greenwald Industries warranties parts for defects and workmanship for six months from date of purchase. Contact your local distributor for a warranty repair/replacement or to purchase a new motor.
Can I get tokens with my company name printed on them?
No. Greenwald Industries manufactures several different size tokens, but not personalize them.
