What is Greenwald Industries' warranty coverage?
Greenwald Industries warranties parts for defects and workmanship for 1 year from date of purchase.
The machine won't start. Why?
Contact a serviceperson to determine the cause of the problem. Your serviceman can contact us with any inquiries regarding our product or contact a Full Line Stocking Distributors for replacement parts.
The coin slide is accepting money, but the machine won't start. Why?
Check to see that the machine is plugged in. Verify you have the correct extension affixed to the end of the slide. If both are OK, contact a serviceperson to determine the cause.
My new machines did not come with certain hardware to install. Where do I get this?
Contact the distributor where you purchased your machines, or contact one of our Full Line Stocking Distributors.
How can I turn my home machine into a commercial machine?
