Why is my display blank?

Verify power is applied to the machine and that the reader is hooked up correctly. Also, verify that the microprocessor is seated correctly.

I get an E03 message on my Whirlpool EMS2000 machine.

This occurs when our current user card is used with older versions of firmware. There are two ways to tell what firmware version is in the machine. Cycle power to the machine and watch the display, or insert a service card and watch the display. The current version is r2.26 and any version prior to this will cause this message. Call Greenwald Customer Service at 1-800-221-0982 to obtain the current version.

I get an E20 message on my Whirlpool EMS2000 machine.

This message occurs when a washer setup card is inserted into a dryer and vice versa.

Currently the readers are not able to be networked.
